From there, he helped me work with the architect and designer to make cuts and add where it makes sense.
The Team is a turnkey process. They help you thru the whole process and ensure you get what you want. Sure there are slight bumps along the way, but that is just the nature of construction; in my opinion.
Rick and Todd were a perfect team in helping us build our dream home. They exceeded our expectations on every dimension. I would recommend them to anyone looking to do a high quality custom home project.

We did a full custom home that was on time and on budget. You can stop reading here if you want. However, Rick & Todd were amazing during the process. Especially Todd Jacob. His attention to detail helped make sure that we had no major surprises during the build. And surprises are the last thing you want during the construction of your home. Also the billing and office support from Cristine was fantastic. If I were to build another home, I'd 100% choose them again.
