I've been going to Castle Nail Bar for quite some time because the customer service is excellent. Valerie always greets people by name (and there are a lot of customers) and answers questions and guides you for nail color or services you have questions about. She makes you feel at home. The nail and waxing technicians are professional and quick without feeling like you are being rushed. They are well trained and personable with a litany of services to choose from. Castle is the greatest- period. Their levels of quality, comfort, and kindness are unparalleled and make for an overall experience that leaves you coming back without hesitation. It took me one visit here to create a permanent returning customer. Every single person that I've experienced is attentive, responsive, and flexible. Mimi is the greatest/most skilled technician of all time, and Valerie at the front desk is like a ray of sunshine. Just do yourself a favor and go here, no need to consider anywhere else. Visiting castle makes for the best two days of my month, every month!
I paid for the deluxe pedicure...the entire pedicure felt rushed. It was supposed to be 50 mins, walked out the door at 35 mins. Specifically asked for extra scrubbing on my heels and she said no problem, scrubbed it twice after using the grater, leaving my heals worse than when i arrived. She polished my nails and left me there to put my flip flops on, expecting me not to damage my still wet toenails, but of course it was damaged. Definitely not worth the $59 for the deluxe. Also, they offer complimentary beverages, i asked for sprite, go to drink it, it's just soda water. Let them know and the girl said, yeah we're out. No apology, etc. when i paid, no thank you at all for using their services. Definitely will not pass along my recommendations.
