I did Japanese straightening with Ben in preparation for an event. He did a very good job and the procedure was thorough. He even lent me a parking permit so I could park for longer than 2hrs (procedure takes a long time). Would highly recommend his service.

Absolutely fantastic and best Japanese Thermal Straightening process I have ever had. Ben knows what he is doing - I have gone to very high end salons and they do not even come close to the knowledge and service Ben provides. I have incredibly curly hair and all other salons processes only last 6-9 months, at Ben's it has lasted over a year, it may take a little more work to get straight but the fact I can get straight is impressive!!

I have missed Miyoko's artistic abilities for the last 5 years since I moved away! I went to visit and was so excited to make an appointment with her! I am a hair stylist and I love to have my nails look unique. Because I can paint it myself and if I'm paying for it, I want something I cannot do. When you walk in you will NEVER hear the words " pick a color" because, quite frankly I cannot ever choose just one. She will thoughtfully ask you " What colors (plural) do you like" and then she does her magic! I just love her work, and have not found anyone as creative and thoughtful, not to mention, has a beautiful heart for people, as Miyoko. I miss her and treasure this place and am glad Bellevue hasn't rebuilt this block!
