Dr Zaman is about as insensitive as I have ever experienced. The other drs I have seen are absolutely incredible. If I could review the drs only Id give them six stars. But the front office/admin is absolutely awful. Their patient portal is more like a spam bot that is only good for collecting payment and is just a nightmare for literally anything else. I have been getting harassed by collections because their office (BFM) mistakenly filed a document incorrectly that has taken me months to straighten out. So again, if you can stomach the headache of the front office, this place does have really great drs (Minus Dr Zaman)
These folks here are a 5 star plus group. Judy in particular. Thank you SO much for helping me. A group of people who care. Hard to find but found it at Bellevue Family Medicine. 5 stars hands down.
Really great group of providers. The front desk staff is always amazing as well. The care and compassion they have for their patients really makes each experience great. It's a good feeling to know you can go to an office that really cares regardless of your ailment.
