About Bay Point Spa
The Bay Point Spa is a highly-rated massage establishment in the Bellevue area, known for its affordability and excellent service. Open to walk-ins, the spa offers a range of massages, including therapeutic hot stone massages. Customers praise the hard-working and professional masseuses, with many requesting specific therapists. The spa is clean and accepts credit cards. Reviewers consistently recommend Bay Point Spa for its quality massages and reasonable prices. The spa has recently expanded, opening a second location in the same strip mall with private table massages. Customers appreciate the professional and attentive male masseuses, who ensure a comfortable and relaxing experience. The open-room massage area, where clients keep their clothes on and have their feet soaked, is also popular. Reviewers highlight the masseuses' ability to target specific pain points and provide a soothing, tickling sensation on the scalp and feet. While the front desk staff can be terse, the overall massage experience is highly praised, with many customers returning regularly and providing generous tips.
Very good massages. We don't go anywhere else now. As to the westerner who gave one star because the owner didn't speak English to her Chinese customers, it must come as a shock that Chinese people speak Chinese. The owners and staff are kind and polite to us every time and have been for years.
This is still a great Chinese style foot massage place! I've recently moved away and will miss this place. A couple years ago, they opened up a second store front at the opposite end of the same strip mall with private table massage. I still went to the original one with the open room where you keep your clothes on and they soak your feet while you lay on recliners. I've never been to the table massage side but generally don't feel super comfortable at Chinese table massage places where you take your clothes off because the atmosphere typically isn't relaxing and it's too awkward and ghetto. Places like that usually cover my bare body with a cheap sheet or towel so I kind of feel exposed. Plus I don't like the rubbing motion with oil massages as much. When you get a massage through your clothes, the masseuse has to knead differently and I actually prefer that technique. Anyway if you want a good foot (and body massage) come here, to the open room side on the right of the strip mall. I've always gotten a male masseuse, like 3 different guys the times I went, and they are all professional, attentive, and kind. If you show up wearing a dress or skirt they will cover you up with extra towels. They check in with you every time about pressure, have soft hands, don't smell bad like bad breath or cigarettes, and don't dig with their nails or elbow inappropriately. They cover your eyes when you turn over for the last third of the massage, and put a pillow under your head to make sure you're nice and comfy. I still always fall asleep! This is the only place where they hit a special spot on my foot and my scalp/brain felt like it was being tickled. How do they do that?? It feels strange but I kind of like it. The front desk lady is mean though and terse. I was half asleep and not thinking clearly when I left the last time from a good massage and asked her for a loyalty stamp (just in case I come back to Bellevue just to get another massage) and she scowled snd tapped their signage like I was an idiot. Apparently, I didn't spend enough money because I only got a 60 min massage and I don't get a stamp for that. Whatever, she's lucky the masseuses here are so good!! They really know what they are doing. I recommend at least 90 min! 60 min goes by too fast and may not get out all your pain. The price is still good. $45 is great for an hour (even if they used to be cheaper) and they do such a good job! I usually give a $20 tip because I'm so happy with the service.
Bay point spa is the go to massage place in Bellevue area, they always take walk ins. They are hard working & very professional. I have been going here for almost 11 years now. Although I have tried other spas, I always felt this place charges less and offers great service. I try to get their name if I like their massage, so I can ask next time for the same masseuse. They provide hot stone massage, it's therapeutic. This place is clean and tidy. They accept credit cards. On any day I would blindly suggest this place. Kudos to all the great service this place is providing.
