At my second CoolSculpting treatment with Kellie, I truly appreciated their client first approach. They had scheduled a full five hours for my session, and I began the usual check in process as planned. However, because my body was metabolizing the fat reducing treatment at a higher rate than expected, Kellie recommended that I postpone treatment and return in three weeks instead.
This delay would allow Kellie to more accurately assess where and what additional treatment would be most effective, rather than proceeding with the prepaid session as originally scheduled.
