Jingjing was very professional, considerate and reasonable.She considered my request of getting the documents notarized at my house as my dog was sick and I could not leave the house for a longer duration. I also was missing one document at the time and she agreed to notarize it at a later date.Additionally, she is quite responsive over text and calls back in the rare case she cannot answer the phone in time. She also accommodated my schedule and helped me find a time which suits the both of us.
Jingjing is friendly and knowledgeable. She demonstrated professionalism and efficiency throughout the entire process. Highly recommend to anyone in need of a trustworthy notary service.
