I took my desktop in to have a motherboard installed. John did an excellent job in explaining the repairs and performing the work in a very expedient manner. I couldn’t be more pleased.

“TIME HONORED” CUSTOMER VALUE This shop is centrally located in Bellevue and easily accessible by Crossroads Mall, where I live. I hadn’t had to use a computer repair shop in a few years, and I had moved to Bellevue since then. I look for quick “in & out” trips to their store that don’t have long lines. I look for competitive pricing or value you don’t get anywhere else. Like things they teach you, pointers they give you before you invest your hard-earned money in a repair or a new computer system. Or higher quality computers that will last me longer than run-of-the-mill computers “big box” stores might be selling.
Before working for Microsoft, my stepson worked at APlus. He recommended it to me, saying the techs know what they're doing and would do a great job for me. He was right. For over ten years, I've trusted A Plus and recommended them to many friends. They can remote into your computer, come to your home, or work on your computer in their store. They're expert at troubleshooting and repair, honest, down to earth, good listeners, respectful and affordable. This week Shaun was my hero! Can't give them a high enough rating.
