I've had ongoing issues with my MACPro Laptop for over three months. The technician (Shane Ofoia) arrived at my work site shortly after I contacted the company, and thoroughly inspected my system and the surrounding environment in which I work. He proved to be a dedicated, hard working representative of the company and completely overhauled my computer and fixed the multiple issues that were causing the problems. I am more than satisfied with the results. Hats off to the company smart enough to hire him!
A totally satisfied customer who will highly recommend him to friends and associates, and will return again for his services should I need help in the future!

Wow… Never have I been so impressed with a business like I am with A Plus Computer Tech. From the moment I walked in the door I felt like family. The gentleman with the funny mustache was so polite yet assessed my uniquely complex situation in a way that not only solved all my issues, but actually increased my productivity by an order of magnitude and this was sub 72 hours from our first handshake to when I wrote the check (I did later email the professional that helped me a well deserved gift card to Daniel’s Broiler). I read that the store would help walk-ins. I went in and immediately Shane asked what I needed. In my minimal technical vocabulary I stated what was happening on my lap top. He came up to the counter and solved my problem in less than five minutes. Very happy and highly recommended this company.
