Visual Connection provides excellent service with a thorough and kind optometrist who ensures accurate diagnoses. The friendly and helpful staff go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. The office is located in a shared building with Ehresman Family Chiropractic, and the entrance can be easily missed due to a small sign. Despite some issues with pricing for frames and contacts, the overall experience is great, and customers highly recommend Visual Connection for its professional and trustworthy service.
Came here for my annual diabetic eye exam. Clean and professional office. Front desk staff nice. Dr very informative. He explained everything he was doing with great patience. Thank you Visual Connection.
I had an appointment at the Visual Connection about a month ago in Belfair. Dr. White marsh and all of his staff were really very nice. My appointment didn’t take long at all. I was able to pick out my glasses and order them the very same day. The whole experience was really great, I was very pleased!
I can see! For years I’ve been struggling with my vision, and to find out my prescription has been wrong from a diagnosis from a different Doctor, different place. Until I came here. The Doctor here Was so thorough and kind. The office ladies were also the absolute best. I can’t rave enough how happy I am that I came here.
