Monday morning- I called right at 8 o'clock in the morning because last Friday I was told to get emergent same day appointments, call first thing. OK. I'm 9 in the que. I was on hold for over a half hour. Finally it tells me I'm number 1. The phone starts ringing, and ringing, and ringing. Then disconnects. I have a secure line. This is their system issue. What's even more frustrating is I'm calling on behalf of someone else for their mental health. The entire system is absolutely broken. I called back and gave my number for them to call me back. I'm going to come back to this later, and add to it. Hopefully positive reviews.
What was supposed to be a quick visit for a sports physical and general wellness check turned into a 2 hour appointment. Our medical assistant did not seem confident or knowledgeable, and there was clearly no communication between them as they had ordered a blood draw when I specifically said no. On top of that, they did not give me any details on a test and ended up giving my daughter something without talking to me first. Absolutely outrageous. I am NEVER going back here.
Patients yelling in the waiting room and fighting, staff ignored it to cackle about their neighbors. Took over an hour of waiting AFTER my appointment to get documents of the vaccines THEY JUST DID. There was only 1 other family in the room too starting out so it wasn't like they were swamped.
Edit: they entered my insurance info wrong and refused to bill them. I had to call back 5 times and try to get them to fix this. They would just give up and send me the bill (with no insurance on it)
