Contacted Northwest Termite and Pest Control to see about service at my Hood Canal home. Left a message, and just like the greeting said, he called me back fairly quickly. Unfortunately for me he no longer serves my area, but he had the integrity to call me back just like he said he would, and that’s rare these days. Recommended!

This was our first time needing a pest control team. Yellow jackets are nesting under the porch, and flying in and out of siding. We started with Orkin. Decided to contact 3 different companies to keep options open. Orkin was pretty expensive. Left a message for the 2nd company. Then messaged the 3rd company, Northwest termite & pest control via online text. Got a call about an hour later from NW termite & Pest Control. Kevin was very professional over the phone. He was able to come over same day to assess the situation from inside and outside our house. He applied the proper treatment, takes about 48 hours for results. Will post update in a couple days! Haven’t seen a black ant since they started spraying a few years ago. (Living in a log cabin makes for a great ant-loving dwelling, which hasn’t been an issue.)Service: Ant extermination
