Very please with my experience with Bkack Bear Spa. First, Ann was a real pro. She quickly understood my issues, knew how to deal with our spa manufacturer, and was spot on regarding how long the process would take (parts delivery and service). Then, Cory, our technician, was prompt and clearly knowledgeable about pool. He explained what was going to happen and what to expect. He was also very kind and just an all-around nice man.

Black Bear Spa was GREAT! They managed to get our 30 year old hot tub up and running again after I thought all hope was lost.
