Mario’s work ethic is incredible. He clearly takes great pride in his work, and keeps his customers informed every step of the way. I have 20 year old carpets, and some had some fairly old stains. He was able to get every stain out, including wine. He cleaned my 20 yo travertine tile so thoroughly it looks new. Every aspect of his demeanor and job performance was thorough and superb.
