use Jackson (Sales Manager) was great with estimate/knowledge of a machine install I'm doing. wanted a pro to extend a gas line, Jose or Andrew came in worked hard on hottest day of the year to get a speedy install. JRT was great are company will use again! thanks!
Very good service. Had kitchen sink clog. Tech made sure was working well before he was satisfied
Called JRT again for service. Jose came to help with my leak problem. Took time to determine exactly where leak originated, gave good advice to resolve dishwasher issues. It wasn't the dishwasher, it was the water line. Very impressed with Jose's diagnosis.. THANKS JRT
