The massage therapist I've seen has been wonderful. Extremely thoughtful, energetically tuned in — in fact, if anyone knows how to contact Emily for massages directly, I'm all ears. The front desk staff lately has been awkward to deal with, however. I received a gift card from my fiance, which I used toward a massage in April, but somehow I received a bill in the mail for that massage. Dealing with the office about their error felt like my responsibility (they did not call me to follow up as promised), and the apology came late and didn't seem all that genuine. Dr. Kay and team literally saved me. I have a very bad back (multiple surgeries on it and a lot of pain) I was getting debilitating migraines every week until I started going here. Dr. Kay started working on my back, neck, and TMJ (which I didn't even realize I had) and I have never felt better. I think the whole team is well trained and Dr. Kay can intuit exactly what to do to relieve pain and tension. It is like MAGIC how much better I feel when I leave. And everyone there from being checked in to the massage therapist to the chiropractor all make you feel seen.
