I want to say a big fat shout out to Toby and Sydney they were amazing me and my son were in there shopping today and they helped us out tremendously they were amazing I'm only going to this Ulta in the mall and that is it I used to go to the Southcenter one and the Renton one but they are so rude and judgmental I can't even do it I don't even go anymore but I'm going to start going now to this one and again shout out to the two girls that helped me my son today thank you

My review is for Marie at Ulta Beauty salon! She went above and beyond with me hair and is so kind and patient 🩷I completely forgot to take a before photo but wow I will definitely be going back and much more affordable than most salons

Cindy was fantastic! She went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I was looking for, taking the time to explain the benefits of different products. Her friendly demeanor and expertise made the whole experience enjoyable, and I left feeling confident in my purchases. I highly recommend asking for her assistance if you're ever in the store! I truly appreciate her patience and willingness to answer all my questions. It's rare to find such great customer service, and I can't wait to return for more shopping!
