“Very effective deep tissue, i had a ton of knots in my back and within 15 minutes I could feel all the fibers untangle and my back fill with lactic acid as the adhesions were broken up. Better and cheaper massage than my last massage therapist, who was very good himself but had a hand injury and didn't always listen to a request. The hot stones along the spine after were a nice touch and felt very good on the muscles. Over all a great location and a good choice if you need a deep tissue massage.“

They bill my kaiser insurance, so that's awesome. To know if they are covered for you, you should always call your insurance and check that they are in the network. There are way too many insurance plans for someone to know for sure until they bill....so just call yourself before you book to double check if you're worried about cost. Besides the skin manipulation w oil, a Thai massage involves the masseuse pulling and folding your legs and arms in different directions, so if you have zero flexibility, I’d ask for the masseuse to go gently. I do yoga, so the massage felt great. Alina has been the only person who’s been able to work the kinks out of my shoulders and neck, even after going to physical therapy, a chiropractor, and acupuncturist. Private room and warm massage bed. Call 1-2 days in advance and leave a message and give possible days and times you can have the appt.
