As caretaker to a family member in hospice, I didn't have time for a face-to-face meeting to make burial arrangements before his passing. I found the Price-Helton website easy to maneuver and work with. When I did have questions a quick call to the office was all it took to get an answer given with kindness & patience. Even on the 3rd call. When the time came to pick up the deceased in the early morning hours, I swear Price-Helton had sent their A team. These two young people were incredibly thoughtful, respectful, professional and kind! We chose cremation and were able to bring Dad back home very quickly. They were so nice and friendly and sympathetic. They were very respectful when they came to pick up Phil. They let us say goodbye didn't rush us let us take our time. Tracy in the office was a doll she helped me so much just adore her. Thank you for making such a terrible time less terrible. This is the 1st time i used them and I will use them again They are wonderful
