I completed my Physical Therapy at OSS in South Hill for my hip pain, neck pain and Tension Headache. I worked with the best Physical Therapists in the world, Niko and Grant, who were able to find an individual approach in the choice of exercises and show that physical exercises are very necessary for our body and bring us joy! In 3 months of intensive work my back and neck stopped aching, my head started to hurt less. Besides, I lost 10 kg! I became much stronger and more resilient! Before that I hated wight training, but now I love it and can't imagine how to live without it!:) I very much hope not to lose this mood that I got from Niko and Grant and continue to do exercise at home or in the Gym.

Very busy. Very nice people. Sometimes parking right in front is a little tight, what the parking lot is big enough. One of the few places with certified hand therapists. All of the hand therapists are very good
I am a care giver for my brother-in-law. Every time I take him to his appointments the staff (office and other PT) make his day!!! I would recommend them again and again!!! Special kudos to Steve and Ashley!!!
