Owner is the only one there everyday. Has different stylists in with her all the time. Why can’t she keep a stylist full time?
She acts like she knows little English when it suits her.
She didn’t have the colors I requested when I went in, did not tell me that.
Spent 5 hours giving me the color she felt similar because of “our hair type”
I’m native. She’s Asian. She played games for 3 repeat visits back when I asked her to fix it. 1st time I went back, she claimed she could not get the color I wanted from 3 different stores. And that she was going to charge me to color it again. It had been two days and $280 already. I wanted silver and lilac, she gave me bright blonde in October.
Then she conveniently left when I went back the second and third time. She had an emergent something come up. We had appts set up. Her stylist called her? Put me on the phone and she was at a sporting event. I hear light yelling and whistles. Sound like other parents. Super unprofessional.
Telling me that silver for our hair is blonde.
No. In any world. Silver is silver and blonde is blonde. She should have just told me she didn’t have the color Im stock.
Leaving me under the dryer extra long as walk in haircuts came in.

This place is a serious hit or miss. Also, they will accuse you of not paying because they apparently have short term memory loss. The first time I went here I had an amazing experience. The person who cut my hair did an amazing job and took their time to make sure I was happy. Today I got my haircut by a younger lady and she made me look like I had a helmet on my head like a bowl cut... i clearly asked for a caesar cut with a 4 on the sides faded into finger length on top. The 4 was not all the way up the side. I paid an extra $5 for tip after the cut anyways. Then when i got into my car the lady followed me out and accused me of not paying. Nice try lady. I definitely wont be coming back without getting my hair cut by the exact same person before. Im also going to bring this up if I do even return because I dont ever walk out anywhere without paying. Thats ridiculous to treat customers like that.

As the man who scheduled the appointment for my excellent partner and wife, I highly recommend this salon. The waiting area is very comfortable, and they have a nice cooler filled with drinks and snacks available for purchase. The space is super clean and feels relaxing. The whole salon environment was nice.

The stylist who dyed my wife's hair was highly professional and skilled. She also did a fantastic job cutting and styling her hair. She provided detailed and attentive service to my wife. The woman who cut my hair was fast and did an excellent job. All of the workers appeared to be happy.

This is not a high-end salon with high prices to pay for the fancy interior; the Salon is very nice inside, just not Hollywood fancy. Plus, I am a blue-collar worker, so those places don't treat people like me very well. It is hard to describe how nice it is, to go to this salon and be treated like a welcomed customer. In my work (cars), I sometimes have dirty clothes and hands from a hard day's work. The ladies at this salon treated me like a man wearing an expensive suit. Thank you for making my day. I will not recommend anyone for hair cut there they doing their own hair style not your style stupid dumb people
