Communication was great. Mark was always available when we had questions. The guys were really gracious and respectful. They put the new roof on and solar panels on two different days, but did all the work on that day.

Infinity Solar USA delivered an outstanding turn-key experience for both reroofing and solar installation! From the initial agreement to the final commissioning, their professionalism and customer service were exceptional. Rachel was incredibly helpful, providing clear project agreements and promptly answering all my questions. The finance department was also very efficient. They handled all local permits and commissioned the system efficiently. I highly recommend them for their excellent service, quality work, and clear communication throughout the entire process!

My overall experience was good. My sales person pitched to me and I did not want solar. After several months, I decided to get solar. The process was quick and smooth. The permitting took a couple of months. The installation took approx 5 hours. I cannot comment yet on the entire process. I am waiting for the final inspection. I will add to my review after that.
