Pavel did a garage concrete floor resurfacing project for me. Old floor coating was peeling and cracking and he reconditioned it by removing the old coat, grinding down the concrete and then applying the new coat. The resulting layer seemed sturdy and even: no issues that I could see. The work was meticulous and professional, and only took a few days from start to finish for a two car garage. Recommended.
