Builder Land's fast turnaround time and excellent customer service basically saved my family Christmas. I could not be more pleased! My kitchen was in urgent need of a vented hood install and Edward proposed a very reasonable bid. The time from initial bid to completed install was less than 10 days. In my opinion Builder Land went above and beyond - on time and on budget. I would not hesitate to contract with them again on a small or large project.
We’ve used Builder Land for two large renovations now, and have been very impressed both times. The workmanship quality is high, the prices are fair, and the communication with Edward is great. They are confident tackling a wide variety of tasks in a home, from bathroom remodels to siding to kitchens to carpentry and more.
I started out trying to GC this second remodel myself, and found the cost was essentially on par with hiring Edward and team to do the work, and brought them in to do the bulk of it. You always hear horror stories about renovation projects and contractors. So we were pretty worried when we decided to do a full house remodel - removal of walls/chimney stack and essentially gutted the entire interior with new wiring and plumbing. We started off contacting 10 different local contractors where 8 of them came to the property to give us an estimate.
