Had a jewelry check appointment unfortunately the person we were booked with had a family emergency, but I was thankful that every place was there.
She was very knowledgeable of the situation that was going on and made sure that there wasn’t anything major to fix.
i've gotten a majority of my piercings here all of them healed properly and were pierced just the way i wanted and all the jewelry is safe to wear and very durable not to mention the customer service is amazing and the people there are very kind.
Highly recommend this place!! Roux was a LIFE SAVER. In the morning, I accidentally pushed my conch piercing and it got stuck and embedded in my ear. It was a stud in the shape of a moon and when I tried to put it back in myself it hurt and was bleeding. I got this piercing from another shop but they were closed so I went here. I called ahead of time and let them know about when I could come and they were able to help me! I was afraid it would hurt and I’d need to see a doctor, but Roux was able to take it out professionally and quick! It didn’t hurt much.
