I’ve been doing spinal decompression here at Chiro First the last 3 weeks and am feeling a lot less pain in my lower back. I appreciate that they have care plans for your income level so that you can still receive the care you need. Dr. Chapman and the staff here are very kind and welcoming as well! -Cindy K.

So I came into the office with some severe back pain on a scale of one to 10 I was at like an eight at times Dr Chapman exam me and then took some x-rays and said that my hips were way out of line. My left hip was probably an inch and a half higher than my right hip, which he thinks was causing the severe pain, he recommended that I come in twice a week for the spinal decompression table so I’m on my fifth visit right now and I’ve already improved by 50%. I’m an advocate for the style of recovery because it’s non-invasive. I will continue the style of treatment for the rest of my life.

Great experience! The staff is very helpful and really knows their stuff. Help set up my insurance and very knowledgeable. Dr Avise is great and has helped me with lower back pain after the first visit.
