Ray and his team were amazing. He kept his word about pricing and was communicative the entire process. Could not have asked for a better experience.
So we had Jay come out last year for a minor repair on our heater, He was quick to respond and the cost of the repair was minimal! This year we decided to get AC installed. With such a low price given to me by Jay I was apprehensive and wanted to get a few other quotes, I ended up getting 3 more quotes. Jay wasnt only the lowest, But during the quote process he was extremely patient with all of my questions regarding brands and other up sells the other quoting companies were saying we needed... Jay gave me real information that I verified by my own research. Be warned people some of the other large companies out there are going to try and tell you that you need certain things that may be needed in other climates however not here in WA. Now onto the install. His team was quick, professional. And also very knowledgeable talked to us through each step of the install process. Explained what they were doing, and even helped program our thermostat... The truly amazing thing was these guys were extremely friendly and even entertained my 2yr old son at times humoring my son when he would try and bring them his toys. Simply put I will go to Jay and his team for anything gas, HVac related. They are truly an amazing company!
Jay Poole and his employees are INCREDIBLE! He is by far the best I've worked with in my 35 year career as a Real Estate Broker. I've referred him to probably 100 people or more and without exception, everyone loves HIM and HIS WORK! He is a knowledgeable, can-do, reliable guy...and just about one of the nicest people you'll ever meet.
