Great laundry experience. Attendant on site was very nice and helpful in every aspect. Clothes came out cleaner than they have in my 2 years of using the washing machines at my apartment complex. Price is very fair for the size of laundry you can fit in the machines. Wash and dry times are pretty quick. Took under an hour for both together. Most of the other customers were very polite and friendly. Was sorta busy when I went in the middle of the day. Even then, I only had to wait about 10 minutes for a bigger washer to free up. I would recommend this location to anyone.

The dryers in my apartment complex have been busted for weeks so I am thankful Rain City Laundry is close-by. The guy working there is always friendly, the place is clean, the market next door carries some interesting foods/goods, & there's the Humane Society Thrift Store to kill time while you wash.

The staff here is wonderful. He stopped what he was doing to open the door for every customer coming in and out. When I came back in he had set up a basket right by my washer so I could move my clothes. Very kind and friendly and the place is VERY clean!
