About Wellspring Spa and Woodland Retreat
Wellspring Spa and Woodland Retreat offers cozy cabins for rent and is a beautiful venue for outdoor weddings. The property features scenic trails and a charming bridal house. The sanctuary provides a natural backdrop for ceremonies and can be decorated to personalize the event. The retreat also has a lodge with a stone fireplace and a kitchen prep area. Guests should be aware that the pathways have roots and rocks and some areas lack lighting. The retreat has shared toilet facilities for cabin guests. The Tatoosh lodge is cozy and accommodating with plenty of towels, firewood, bedding and a full kitchen. The grounds and trails were spectacular. The location is fantastic, about 5 miles from the entrance to Mount Rainier National Park. The rooms are unique and amazing, with some guests staying in a literal treehouse with a hammock underneath. Guests enjoyed the beautiful trails right in Wellspring, which were beautiful and not too difficult. The retreat also offers peaceful hot tubs and saunas, and has great energy.
Super dreamy spot right outside Mt. Rainier National Park! We stayed in the Turiya cabin which meant we had private access to the hot tub/sauna 8pm - 10:30am. Everything was really nice, we'll definitely be back.
I spent an amazing long weekend at Wellspring and had a really wonderful time. I came in expecting a natural, rustic, in the woods experience and that's what we got. The property is beautiful and you really feel like you're part of nature rather than just visiting it. The owner/manager Sunny is just amazing and was very receptive to suggestions and it's clear she loves this place and the people she invites to Wellspring and wants to keep making even better than it already is. We'll be looking for any excuse to return!
I stayed in the Trollhaven cabin and it was so cute and comfy. I only stayed one day, but I will most likely be returning in the future for hopefully a longer stay. There’s no shampoo or conditioner in the shower, only body wash, so I suggest bringing your own if you plan to shower there. It felt so tranquil and relaxing there. I would definitely recommend if you’re looking for somewhere nice to stay that really makes you feel like you’re in the woods, while still having the luxury of certain amenities.
