“Perfectly located for our trip to Mount Rainier (less than 10 minutes to the entrance)! My husband and I stayed in the Bear Cabin 7/25-7/28 and it was a wonderful stay. The bed was soft and the cabin was clean. The amount of towels was perfect and towels by the hot tub were appreciated. We are hot natured people so we very much appreciated the ceiling fan and mini fan provided to us in the closet.<br><br>WiFi was pretty spotty but honestly that’s fine as it helped us disconnect from our devices. We just needed it to get the GPS going before we left and maybe put music on.<br><br>We also enjoyed our visit from the birds and squirrels on the back deck, as well as the resident kitty (pictured). The last night was a clear sky so we were able to look at the stars through the skylight.<br><br>Thank you for a wonderful stay. I’d recommend this place! I would love to return during the Fall when it’s a bit more crispy cold outside. Our sunburns from hiking prevented us from staying in the hot tub for too long. The hot tub was clean by the way, which was appreciated! I’ve been in some where they are a bit gross, but not this one.<br><br>A tip if you plan to stay, grab your water, pop and food at the larger towns before making it to Ashford.”
