The doggy day spa and grooming

We took our two Springers to Doggy Day Spa this week. I was able to speak directly with the groomer and explain we wanted field cuts and a slight trim to the ears. They came out beautiful! We forgot to ask about expressions on grooming day and that turns out to be a separate walk-in service so we were able to take them back the next day for those. VERY happy with Doggy Day Spa.

Normally I don’t write reviews.. but I’m SO happy! Samwise is a really nervous guy and is super shy. He also had a horrible experience during his last grooming appointment at a pet store. I spent a lot of time looking for another groomer and I’m beyond glad that I found The Doggy Day Spa.Amber took time letting Sam warm up to her and helping him get adjusted to his new environment. When I came to pick Sam up she had him sitting with her at the front desk, which was so sweet and I haven’t seen any other groomers take that extra step and level of care. We had a great first visit!! We will return! Our BC is extremely anxious and most groomers struggle with him. I told Rachael about my concerns. She listened. I came to get him and he had behaved and was well groomed. And I feel like I got my moneys worth....His hair was actually trimmed nicely and I didn't have to finish the job after the groomers appointment! Always a bonus! He is not an easy dog so 5 stars for Racheal and her Doggy Day spa.
