My cat unexpectedly died and I was overcome with grief and I called here to see if they had cremation services. The lady in the phone was very sympathetic and told me I could bring her in. When I arrived with my cat wrapped in a blanket the entire staff was incredible during this emotional time. I asked for some of her fur and whiskers along with her ashes. They did a beautiful job and I also got a memorial card and a paw print in clay and a wooden box with her name on it. It was way more than I ever expected and I will cherish that forever. Thank you all for everything you did.
Great Experience!!!! Good introduction for my new little puppy she is 10 months old and they were amazing Highly Recommend. Staff was very knowledgeable, took time to explain things too me and answer all of my questions.
I trust this clinic with all of my pets. They are very fair and reasonable with their prices, and at times have even written off costs or provided me with resources to help cover a surgery for my cat. When I had to put a cat down a year ago, they didn’t rush me to pay and gave me the time and compassion I needed. They are always flexible and reliable in emergencies, and most importantly, they show so much care and compassion for my pets. I feel completely safe and relieved leaving my pets here, knowing they will be in the hands of people who really care and who are also experts at what they do. Thanks so much for everything 🙏😊🩷
