“I hired Ilya to renovate a bathroom in a rental property I own in Everett after the tenant point out mold growing on an adjacent wall. He was VERY thorough when looking at the project, he checked the flooring in all of the adjacent rooms for signs of rot. His price was reasonable and noted that there could be additions depending on what was found once everything was opened up. Needless to say, more was found! But his additional charges seemed very reasonable to repair the damage. Additionally, we received a defective vanity from Home Depot. He ordered a replacement but when that arrived it was also defective...then he worked some sort of magic using doors and or drawers from one in the other to make it look correct. I really appreciated the extra effort. Communication was excellent throughout the project with both myself and the tenant. I will absolutely hire him again when I have a project.”

“I had a great experience working with Zack and the team at Pacific Mobile Structures. From the initial coordination to the delivery and setup, everything was handled professionally and efficiently.

Zack was very helpful, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. The placement of both the storage container and the mobile office was handled carefully and according to our needs. The team arrived on time, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was properly positioned.

We really appreciate the excellent service and attention to detail. I would definitely recommend Zack and Pacific Mobile Structures to anyone looking for reliable, professional, and quality service.”
