Cascade Septic Pumping

This is the third or fourth time we have used them. EVERYTIME has been a pleasure. Twice the call to them was due to an alarm and they were right on it that day or the next and got the alarm reset. They are very good at educating where we need to pay attention to the issues and how to do several maintenance tasks to help make the septic last longer. The office staff is very pleasant and the technician was very helpful. I would highly recommend them.

I used Cascade for my pumping a couple years ago. Had a weird issue with my system alarm that kept going off recently. Called and got fantastic help over the phone and through text to get the process going. Lucky for me the techs just happened to be close and popped in to check the system. Diagnosed the issue and referred me to a parts store then helped with some direction as to the problem. It has been a couple weeks now and everything is working properly and just wanted to express my gratitude for the help! See you next year for the next pump :)
