Cascade Elevators are quick to respond, efficient at repairs and a pleasure to work with. They have a local office that answers the phone quickly and sends out technicians immediately. Unlike other repair companies, you do not go through a centralized call center located in a different state. I highly recommend their level of service and professionalism.

After years of disappointing service, we cancelled our full maintenance with a big, monster company and signed up with Cascade Elevator for repair and maintenance of the lifts in our buildings here in Whatcom County, This time, when an elevator stopped working, Mike and John came up themselves to dig into the problem ..... and on a Saturday too! Parts were needed, parts were ordered and the minute shipment was received, they were back, got everything tuned up we were rolling again. We offer our heartfelt thanks to Mike, John and the Cascade elevator support staff on behalf of the many who live and work at South Bay Suites here in Fairhaven.

I recently worked with Mike and the team at Cascade Elevators. I had an excellent experience and can not recommend them enough! Not only were they were extremely responsive but they had the best pricing. They were flexible with my schedule and made sure I was completely satisfied with their work. Thank you Cascade Elevators!
