My 12 yr old dog was recently diagnosed with diabetes at another vet office. We moved almost immediately after that, to Arlington and needed to find a new doctor ASAP. The Arlington Veterinary Hospital got us in as soon as they could. We saw Dr Rebekah and we couldn’t be happier. We came to this appointment very overwhelmed and scared, and the Doctor alleviated those fears. She spent time with us, explaining the diagnosis, the treatment plan, and next steps. She made me feel like my concerns were important, and she really listened. We recently took in a chocolate lab, which would have gone to a shelter otherwise. She is 4.5 years old, and her vaccinations were not up to date. She was not spayed, and she had a growth on her right hind leg. The staff at Arlington Veterinary Hospital made an exception and got her in. There were some issues that arose through the healing process, but the staff was always there for support. As new dog parents, we can not thank the staff enough for their patience, understanding, and support through this stressful ordeal. Our pup is back to her rambunctious self.
