Chad and Justin did an outstanding job. We were replacing an aged wood deck with a lot of unknowns underneath. Chad provided a price range to replace the deck with Azek and install railing, gates, and a small rail fencing in the yard.

He informed me that the range was dependent on a few factors (which we discussed). Most of the variance depends upon materials chosen and changes made. Upon removing the deck, we realized we would need to replace a fair amount of the primary structure - essentially starting from scratch. Chad provided the cost of the change order and we proceeded.
