OMG!! Wow she makes you feel like you're an old school Barbershop where Barbara will actually talk to you you can talk about anything you want from politics to hunting it's been 4 months since I found a decently priced Barber got my haircut looks great and even got my beard trimmed I haven't found a barber that changed the back of your neck and around your ears with a straight razor forever I have one now and oh the final step the and shoulder massage wonderful to be honest I'll be back at least once a month to get my beard trimmed and every two months to get my haircut and beard trimmed awesome awesome

Thanks to COVID it had been a while since I had gotten a haircut and after spending over a month boating in the San Juan Islands I was feeling too shaggy to be presentable. I found Gidgets while moored for a few days in Anacortes. I found Gidgets via Yelp and gave her a call. She advised me to come right in -first come, first served. There was one gentleman getting a trim, so I sat down and was next in line. I'm glad I got there when I did, as three more patrons came in while I was getting my hair cut. Gidgets was friendly, appropriately chatty, and we talked about my favorite subject: boating. Great haircut and a nice, casual atmosphere.

I was feeling a bit hairy and happened upon this place. I was welcomed in to this warm/rustic place. Excellent service. My barber was fast and efficient without compromising the quality of the cut! They use real barbering equipment not the cheesy plastic guards that so many use today, resulting in a much better cut. I feel less hairy now. I highly recommend this place.
