Jan was great to work with! She gave good advice and suggestions and she made sure that everything was done well. We have quite a small kitchen, and we are very happy with all the storage solution that Jan helped us figure out!
The cabinets were fabulous, and the installer was wonderful to work with. However, the tile guy failed to meet our expectations. His crew cut the side backsplashes to the wrong length, and then when he finally cut them right, it was the wrong granite material. It was impossible to schedule him without calling Jan first because he was giving priority to bigger jobs. Even today, the backsplash work is a bit sloppy. Jan, the salesperson/designer, has never come to look at the job even though we invited her to do so. Such a shame, because everything was going so well until it was time to finish the job by installing the counter. I would not recommend using Creative Cabinets...read full review
Great place-almost done with a complete kitchen remodel.Jennifer has been fantastic start to finish, helping with design issues here and there as we made changes, and working well with designs we had from our designer. Jennifer has good taste and knows her business. We were doing a lot of this remotely, as we were out of town prior to a move here. She was responsive and helpful-not a given these days, and always followed up when she said she would.Her recommendation for the cabinet installation was wonderful, and we connected with her main "guy", who is himself a gem.
