I give all 5 stars to Chris at Ace Clean in Anacortes! Chris was extremely responsive to my very first call as well as punctual as to when he said he would arrive. I needed Chris as soon as possible due to a body fluid accident on my off white Berber carpet in two areas of our home. I called Ace Clean and Chris at 9 am. He fit me into his schedule and arrived in a bit over an hour. He cleaned my carpet as required and then added several areas as he waited for his chemicals to work. We had emergency cleaning need for my Mom’s condo and not only did he fit us in and did a fabulous job. My Mom had an old cat that peed every where and he got the smell out throughout the condo. I highly recommend Chris he does a fantastic job and is super accommodating.
We had a catastrophe the other night as our dog was extremely sick. We called Ace Clean Carpet Cleaning Service(Chris Raymor, owner) in Anacortes to clean our rugs. We thought that we would have to wait a couple of days and deal with the horrible smell. Ace Clean came the next day and clean the carpet and worked us in their schedule. The business is very professional and the fragrancy they used was excellent. I will tell as many people possible about Ace Clean Carpet Cleaning service as they are a wonderful company and came through when we had a disastrous situation.
