I was able to schedule an inspection with Vince the very next business day! He promptly sent over the service agreement and I was able to conveniently sign online. He allowed my real estate agent to be present for the inspection, which gave me peace of mind. He called me from the property immediately after he was finished. Vince's construction knowledge shined through in both his explanation of the report and his recommendations for the discrepancies. He gave me several options for payment and offered a much-appreciated veterans discount! His written report was thorough, professional, and easy to read.
