While some machines may not work and the facilities may not be spotless, the prices are significantly lower than other laundromats in the area. For a ten-dollar fee, customers can do a large load of laundry. The location is easy to find and open 24 hours, making it convenient for those with busy schedules. The new owner has been updating the place after vandalism, and the environment, although a bit sketchy and somewhat creepy, has improved with these efforts. The machines and bathroom facilities can still be questionable, with some machines missing doors and the bathroom lacking privacy due to a broken door. Despite its rough appearance, the laundry depot has the potential to improve with some minor repairs and renovations. The staff is friendly, often chatting with customers and even giving extra quarters after helping with the machines, adding a welcoming touch.
Parking lot is really safe 24 hours because the cops frequently drive through and keep the crime at bay. I've never had anything but my dog stolen from there. I have a couple of suspects but it wasnt from when I was doing my laundry there. It's clean inside and you can wash laundry there 24/7. The machines are newer and all operate as expected with options if you need an extra large one and they dont have the silly agitator that ruins clothes. There are also laundry folding areas with shelves and countertops and sometimes people leave little clean donations of clothing or even a car seat cover I needed once. I didn't have enough money to finish drying my clothes and the employee gave me enough quarters to finish. May not look the best out front, but there is always open machines and counterspace. I recommend this place for efficient, no hassle washing.
4 stars because super convenient. It was dirty but for it being 24 hours at 2:00 a.m. I'm sure there's not somebody on call all night to clean up after everybody so it was okay you could tell people clean everyday
