I’ve been taking my two dogs here for a few years now, they treat us with such kindness I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. My dogs enjoy coming to the vet because of the caring and knowledgable staff. The doctor was extremely through and took my concerns seriously. I would say their cost is very fair too
I have a new dog who was a rescue, and can be a bit anxious, especially when it comes to being held in place for shots. She also is a bit reactive to other dogs. West Plains was really kind and accommodating for this, making sure there were no other dogs in the lobby at the time of bringing her in and going back to the car. The vet was also very nice and patient with my dog, and gave good advice on how to help alleviate some of the anxiety my dog was feeling. This is very relieving for me as I was worried about finding a vet that wouldn’t judge my baby for being anxious and reactive.
