I have been going to this salon for well over 10 years and I have not had any issues with any of the staff. They are welcoming, they cater to all your needs, and they care about their clients wants or concerns. Tracy, the owner, makes sure all of her clients get exactly what they ask for. She is cheerful and ensures a great experience for all patrons. I would absolutely recommend Lotus & Lily's to the young and young at heart.

Just moved to WA from NC and was looking for a friendly nail salon. A coworker recommended Lotus & Lily’s and I’m so glad they did! Usually, whenever I get my nails done, I’ll put in my headphones, but something told me not to today while getting a pedicure at this location. Let me tell you, the staff are so friendly and attentive. Talking to customers and addressing their needs. I am towards the end of my pedicure, and my feet feel fabulous! I will be back! Be sure to make an appointment! They do walk-ins, but, I was able to get in a bit earlier due to my appointment.

I just had nails done at a shop in the mall about two weeks ago,and they were horrid too long and thick and I was getting injured continusly. I called Lotus and Lilly's they made a appt immediately when I arrived I was seated it took a bit for them to get the old nails off as painlessly as they could . They stopped and let me breathe. And when they replaced a full set correctly it felt amazing. I won't be going anywhere else. The price was great for all the work they had to do and I am grateful and pleased. Truly a 5 star place.
