Fogle Pump saves Thanksgiving! Our pump went out 2 days before Thanksgiving, and I was convinced all was lost and we'd have to cancel. I tried two other companies before calling Fogle, and had no luck. I called first thing the Wednesday morning before Thanksgiving, feeling hopeless, but was told they have a crew they keep the schedule open for just these kinds of emergencies!Ben and Matt showed up by 9 am, and had the problem diagnosed within 20 minutes. They went right to work, replaced my broken pump, and gave advice about old wiring and pipe that could use replacing also, but never pressured me about it. Although it's not a fast process, Brian, from Fogal in Airway Heights, kept us informed and went over and above to make sure we were ready when it was our turn to get our well drilled.
We contacted Fogle Pump to do some upgrades to our current class B well system controls. The existing controls were hand built and over 50 years old. These existing controls were complicated and hard to understand. Fogle was contracted to update our system and performance exceeded expectations. Fogle simplified the controls, and gave us a new pressure system that was very much needed.
