Shout out to Valerie at LaMay! I called today to see if they would be able to do something about my VERY stinky garbage can. When my husband was alive he put things in it without a bag so it got terribly disgusting smelling. It was embarrassing! So 3 years later...I worked up the nerve and I called to ask for help because I can't clean it myself, as I'm disabled. I've had the can long enough (6 years) to qualify to have it switched out at no charge. I'm not sure how long you have to have had the can. Anyway, Valerie was so very nice, professional and also personable. On my next service date they will take care of it for me! I'm so thankful.

The people in the office are always super nice...in person and on the phone. Its just kind of funny to me to find this level of professionalism at a dump. I can hardly find a restaurant with workers that take tips that are this nice!
