I was able to have my foster child seen even though there was a mix up in scheduled time. My appt for the previous day was canceled but i didn't get notified because they called wrong number.
Honestly I was worried because I heard bad things and my son had bottle rot and needed work done but my experience was so nice. Kind dental assistant, kind dentist. ( I hear there's lots but the female one i got was very nice, ) My son just turned 3 and was so at ease. I didn't think I'd like any other dentist after going to apple valley ( because they're so great, ) but I do. I've only been once so far, and there's a lot of dentists there they said so I hope they are also kind. Maybe i should have waited to write this until I made more than one visit but it asked lol.
Front desk actually helps the kids to feel not so nervous when they go in and see the dentist in the rooms. I thought it was awesome that they have awards with a little surprise at the end of their appointments 💯
