They did an amazing job with my child when brushing and making him feel comfortable my only concern is the waiting room is packed really really packed but other than that it was an amazing experience.
I have to give a 3 star rating. Have been going there since my grands were babies, now 17 and 18 years old. Used to be a great place to take your kids but over the last 5 years or so it’s just not the same. Used to be a happy place. This past week my 18 year old went in for cleaning and X-rays. Dental assistant who cleaned his teeth had complained about being short staffed.Over booking clients. Didn’t seem to take the quality time to clean them as they normally do. She seemed tired and a bit annoyed saying she still had 3 more kids to see and it was almost 4 PM. Dentist came in. Dr. Kara?! I hope I got her name right… was AMAZING. She helped our daughter to not be nervous about the small procedure she had and was overall amazing. Thank you for your care and genuine personality. This mom appreciated your love for the kids!
