I spoke with Dale earlier today. I was helping a customer of his navigate their crossover to a new ISP service provider. We were attempting to have him come into the office (billable call) and reconfigure their aged dot matrix printer to make it compatible with their new ISP-provided network. But, before I could make that request, he was very rude and in a quite childish move he hung on me. Never in my 35 years of I.T. work have I had the displeasure of dealing with an individual such as Dale. Extremely rude and juvenile.
