The Aberdeen Art Center is a vibrant hub for local art and culture in downtown Aberdeen. Boasting a vast array of work by talented local artists, the center offers a diverse selection of pieces at accessible price points. The back corner of the space is a treasure trove of historical memorabilia, photos, and knowledge, providing visitors with a glimpse into the area's rich past. The center's First Friday art walks are a must-visit event, featuring artist demonstrations, live music, and free art classes. However, visitors should be aware that the space may not be suitable for children, as the center has a more adult-focused atmosphere, with some artwork featuring darker themes.
Wonderful gallery and adjoining workarea, a local treasure filled with brilliantly created art in various mediums. All work is displayed beautifully, and represents such a huge variety of local talent, it really showcases the best of Grey's Harbor art. The gallery is always a joy to visit, and offers a First Friday Reception every month.
